Hoopskirt

Classic adjustable full circle hoop skirt with metal hoops. Adjustable tie waist. Dress form is size 14 with 31" waist, and hoop skirt has 10" or more to expand beyond that. A few light stains and some faint red color transfer, but otherwise in good condition.
